Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship within the U.S. (and we’re working on expanding internationally — stay tuned!).
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but most packages arrive within 5–7 business days after processing.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Items must have tags attached. For more details, check our Returns Policy page.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email us with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll send you instructions.
Loyalty Program
Q: How do Peach Points work?
