At Peach Motel, many of our pieces are made to order to reduce waste and ensure intentional production. We appreciate your patience while your order is being carefully prepared just for you. 🤍
Order Processing (Made-to-Order)
Most Peach Motel items are made to order and require additional processing time before shipment.
Processing Time:
• 10–20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
This timeframe includes production + preparation before your item ships.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
You can also track your order anytime using the Track Order link at the bottom of our website.
Delays & Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has shipped and is in the carrier’s possession, delivery timing is managed by the shipping provider. While we’re always happy to assist, Peach Motel is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen transit issues.
Important Notes
• Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun
• Processing time is separate from transit time
• By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the made-to-order processing timeline shown at checkout
International Shipping
We currently offer limited international shipping to select countries.
International delivery times vary by destination and may take longer due to customs processing, carrier delays, or local postal services. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.
If your country is available at checkout, we’re able to ship to you. If you don’t see your location listed, international shipping is not currently available for that destination.

Peach Motel is committed to maintaining a respectful and safe environment for our team. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel future orders for customers who engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward our staff, including via email or other forms of communication.
