At Peach Motel, many of our pieces are made to order to support intentional production and reduce waste. Each item is carefully prepared before shipment, and we appreciate your patience throughout this process.

Processing Time

• 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

This timeframe includes order processing and preparation.

Pre-Order Items:
Items marked as presale require approximately 2–3 weeks for processing before shipment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations.

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout so you can choose what works best for you. Free shipping is automatically applied when eligible.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

You may also track your order at any time using the Track Order link on our website.

Delivery & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider.

Peach Motel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen transit issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Peach Motel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing shipments.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and that the delivery location is secure.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or the carrier, as packages are often left in alternate or secure locations.

While we may assist in initiating a carrier investigation or claim, Peach Motel cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered.

For higher-value orders, we recommend selecting a shipping option that includes signature confirmation at delivery.

Order Policies

• Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun
• Orders cannot be modified once placed
• Processing time is separate from transit time
• By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the processing timelines provided at checkout

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

Delivery times vary by destination and may be impacted by customs processing, local carriers, or regional delays. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.

If your country is available at checkout, we are able to ship to you.

Customer Conduct

Peach Motel is committed to maintaining a respectful and professional environment. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel future orders for customers who engage in abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior, including misuse of chargebacks or false claims.
