Return Policy
We accept returns for an 'original payment method' refund within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
📦 Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you’d like a different size or color, simply return the item for store credit and place a new order.
Final Sale Items
Please note: All sale items, accessories, swimwear, bodysuits, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return unless otherwise stated.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, we kindly ask that you contact us directly at shoppeachmotel@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are always happy to help resolve issues whenever possible.
As a small business producing made-to-order pieces, chargebacks significantly impact our operations. Orders that are disputed without prior communication may result in delayed resolution and may limit our ability to accept future orders from the same customer.
Any fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity will be formally disputed using order records, tracking information, and customer correspondence.
