Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Some orders are fulfilled immediately, while others require additional preparation or production prior to shipment. Because fulfillment timing depends on availability at the time an order is placed, processing times may vary.

Order Processing

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.
Once processing begins, the order may be prepared, produced, or fulfilled through one of our partner vendors.
For this reason, processing times are not guaranteed and may vary from order to order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase only if the order has not yet entered processing.
Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled, as fulfillment or production may already be underway.
Orders that have shipped or are in transit cannot be canceled.

Fulfillment Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to production schedules, vendor fulfillment, customs, or carrier issues.
Delays alone do not qualify an order for cancellation or refund once processing has begun.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We kindly ask customers to contact us directly before filing a chargeback so we can assist.
Orders placed in accordance with this policy are considered final once processing begins.
Chargebacks submitted in violation of this policy may result in refusal of future service.
